On paper, you’re fine. In real life, something feels off.
You used to get through the day with energy to spare. Now your sleep, focus, and body don't respond the way they used to—even when you're trying to do everything right.
You might be doing all the “right” things and still wondering if you’re missing an important risk. Especially if dementia, stroke, or metabolic disease runs in your family.
You're not missing willpower. You're missing a coordinated plan.
Normal results don’t answer every question.
Symptoms, risk factors, and your health history still deserve a thoughtful review. The next step depends on the person.
Family history is a reason to get specific.
You cannot change your genes. You can assess and address meaningful modifiable risks over time.
A better system beats another reset.
When your plan reflects your schedule, priorities, and starting point, you can make decisions with less guesswork.
Introducing Brain First™: one plan for your brain and body.
Sleep, movement, metabolic health, circulation, inflammation, and cognitive resilience are connected. Brain First brings them together into a practical, personalized framework—rather than six separate to-do lists.
Assess
Use a private strategy session and BrainScore™ assessment to understand your goals, risk factors, and biggest opportunities.
Personalize
Get a brain health and longevity blueprint that sets priorities for your lifestyle, nutrition, movement, sleep, and resilience.
Put it into practice
Build routines with weekly accountability and support when your schedule, motivation, or circumstances change.
Keep improving
Review what is working, adjust the plan, and make healthier choices easier to sustain.
Imagine feeling like yourself again.
Waking up with energy. Thinking clearly through a demanding day. Feeling stronger when you move. Having a routine you can actually maintain—and confidence that you're taking meaningful steps for your future health.
Not because you've found another miracle supplement. Because you finally have a clear direction and a system you can follow.
Brain First is designed to help you work toward these outcomes; individual progress will vary.
I spent my career treating what happens when brain health goes wrong.
I'm Dr. Tanzila Kulman, a board-certified neurologist with advanced training in vascular, neurocritical care, and interventional neurology. For more than a decade, I've treated patients facing strokes and serious neurological illness.
That experience changed the question I wanted to answer: What if we helped people build a healthier brain and body long before a crisis? Brain First translates that preventive perspective into a practical, personalized approach to everyday life.
The science: the 2024 Lancet Commission describes modifiable dementia risk factors, and the American Heart Association links cardiovascular health to healthier aging and lower dementia risk. These are population-level findings, not a promise of individual results.
“The Brain First program has turned my day-to-day life around. I feel less exhausted, I sleep better, and I make time for the important things in life.”Therese · Brain First client

You don’t need more information. You need a way to follow through.
Here is the planned VIP experience: a clear starting point, a personal roadmap, practical education, and the support to put it into action. Final enrollment details will be shared when applications open.
BrainScore™ assessment and an initial strategy session to identify your priorities rather than guessing what to tackle first.
A personalized Brain First roadmap to connect your goals, schedule, and the foundations of brain and body health.
A dementia-risk education and prevention roadmap focused on understanding modifiable factors and informed next steps.
Practical guidance on nutrition, movement, strength, sleep, and cognitive resilience—without an all-or-nothing overhaul.
Planned weekly group coaching, accountability, and progress check-ins to help you work through obstacles and keep moving.
A private community for adults committed to feeling better now and building healthier years ahead.
Some applicants may be eligible for separately evaluated physician-led services in licensed states. These are not included or guaranteed as part of coaching.
How the planned 12 weeks work.
First, understand your starting point. Use BrainScore™ and your goals to set priorities.
Then, put the plan into practice. Learn the foundations and take manageable weekly actions with support.
Finally, review and refine. Track progress, adjust what isn't working, and build a sustainable routine for the long term.
Program elements are being finalized; the waitlist is for updates, not enrollment.
For people who want a plan—and are ready to put it to work.

How much will the program cost?
Pricing has not been announced. Join the waitlist and you'll receive details about the program and investment when applications open.
Is this just another online course?
The planned VIP experience combines on-demand education with a personalized roadmap, group coaching, and accountability. Final format and availability will be confirmed before applications open.
I am busy. Will I have time?
The planned lessons and weekly actions are designed for busy adults. The goal is to fit practical habits into your life—not ask you to rearrange your entire life around a program.
What if I have already tried everything?
Brain First is not another one-size-fits-all reset. The planned experience is designed to help you prioritize what matters for your circumstances, build a workable routine, and get support following through.
Do I need symptoms to join?
No. VIP Coaching is also for adults over 40 who want to take a proactive approach to brain health and longevity.
Can I join from any state?
Coaching may be available nationwide. Physician-led medical care is provided only where the clinician is appropriately licensed and you qualify for care. The assessment asks your state so the team can explain what applies to you.
Is this medical treatment?
The core VIP experience is coaching, education, and accountability. Clinical services, where available, require their own evaluation. Coaching does not replace your primary care or existing specialists.
Why not just follow free health advice?
Free advice can tell you what is generally useful. VIP Coaching helps you identify which priorities matter for your circumstances, organizes them into a practical plan, and gives you weekly support to follow through.
What happens after I join the waitlist?
